The main aim of the project is to develop pupils’ skill of conscious and responsible choice of future profession as well as providing the equal educational and professional opportunities for the youth of Sumy region.

Project provides:
- diagnostic and consulting sessions and trainings for active pupils of Sumy and visiting sessions for the pupils of about 10 districts of Sumy region. Each session is about all day long and includes:
- group and individual consultations of practicing psychologist concerning the results of distance testing of professional abilities and interests;
- group training in career choice skills development;
- the workshop on labor market trends and skills needed in 2020-2030.
- development of electronic directory “My road to career choice” which will contain step-by-step recommendations concerning the development of skills of conscious choice of profession among young people, short analytical reviews of basic educational trends, links to open educational online resources.

Trends in the labor market. Skills in 2020-2030. Top rankings of professions. Professions of future.
