On April 28, 2017 at one o’clock in the afternoon the participants of the contest “Community of the Future through Youth’s Eyes” were awarded in the Congress Center of Sumy State University (Sumy, 9/1 Pokrovska St., room 213)
This contest was organized in frames of the project “Community of the Future“. The main purpose of the project is the promotion of the youth participation in the development of local communities, strengthening local (regional) identity, rising social activities of the local community, strengthening coordination (networking) between activists (NGOs), local authorities and youth (pupils and students) regarding the development of communities.
During a month pupils and junior students were working on their own ideas formalization as to the vision of the city of their dreams. And finally the results have been announced, the winners have been decided, the gifts have been presented! The next stage of the project “Community of the Future” is to present the results on the forum in Warsaw.
