How human resource management processes should be built

07-08 September 2019 the Training “Personnel Management: How to Organize Effective Work in the Company”, which brought together owners, executives and HR managers, was held by NGO “Council of Young Scientists” within the EU4Business initiative of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development for small and medium-sized businesses, micro-enterprises and private entrepreneurs employing hired labor.

On the first day, the trainer Olena SKLYARENKO, director of 1callcenter together with the participants discussed HR strategies, staff appraisal, reward systems. During the next day, the trainer Tatiana BEREZOVSKA, HR business partner of TCG International, conducted the training on recruiting, personnel adaptation, retention and dismissal of employees and training policies at the company.
The training helped the participants create a holistic understanding of how HR management processes should be built in order to improve the utilization of the available human resources and attract valuable staff to their businesses and organizations.
At the end of the training the participants received certificates.
