Sumy State University, which has about 2,000 foreign students, has long been intercultural, and we plan to continue to develop interculturalism in Sumy’s hometown. Our Jean Monnet project is designed to demonstrate that cultural differences in the modern world are not so much a source of misunderstanding as an opportunity to learn new things and gain new competencies and opportunities.
The name of the project is “EU Education Agenda for Intercultural City Development”, and we are waiting for the development and implementation of educational activities for migrants and foreign students, as well as for residents of Sumy.
