22-23 листопада 2018 р. Центр підтримки бізнесу м. Суми провів тренінг “Як відкрити компанію (бізнес) за кордоном” для представників мікро-, малого та середнього бізнесу, які зацікавлені в оптимізації своєї зовнішньоекономічної діяльності шляхом відкриття компанії або іншого бізнес-підрозділу за кордоном.
Тренінг організовано ГО «Рада молодих вчених» в межах ініціативи EU4Business, спрямованої на розвиток малого та середнього бізнесу України, за грантової підтримки Європейського банку реконструкції та розвитку.
Перший день тренінгу проводив Дмитро Швець, cпівзасновник проекту n.cubator, викладач Києво-Могилянської Бізнес Школи, генеральний директор консалтингової компанії Start Global.
Учасники дізналися про тенденції глобалізації, а саме про:
– Системний вихід на глобальні ринки;
– StartGlobal методологію;
– Діагностику компанії на готовність до виходу на Глобальні ринки;
– Вибір фокусних напрямків для експорту;
– Аналіз ринку. Канали виходу на фокусні ринки;
– Вибір системного партнера;
– Особливості ведення міжнародних переговорів.
Другий день тренінг проводив Таріел Курбанов, менеджер зовнішньоекономічної діяльності в компанії “Rocklane”, який спеціалізується на відкритті підприємств різних форм в Україні і за кордоном.
Протягом навчання учасники дізналися про принципи організації бізнесу за кордоном, а саме:
– Відкриття бізнесу в США;
– Відкриття бізнесу в Канаді;
– Відкриття бізнесу в Німеччині;
– Відкриття бізнесу в Італії;
– Відкриття бізнесу в східноєвропейських країнах (Польща, Болгарія, Угорщина, Естонія, Латвія, Литва);
– Відкриття підприємства в ОАЕ;
– Відкриття бізнесу в Китаї.
